Merchant / account name, transaction reference, amount, date/time (approx), and screenshot (if available). This avoids back-and-forth.
I want API integration help. What should I include?
Your use case (collections/payouts), environment (sandbox/live), error logs, webhook events, and the endpoint you’re calling. If possible, share request ID.
