Taaza provides grocery commerce (TaazaCart™), pay-later services (TaazaPay™), rewards (TaazaPoint™), and reporting features (TaazaReport™). Availability may vary by location and eligibility.

3. Eligibility

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• Additional eligibility checks (e.g., KYC) may apply for TaazaPay™.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• You agree not to share login credentials.

5. Payments & TaazaPay™ Usage

TaazaPay™ allows eligible users to defer grocery payments within defined cycles. You agree to repay dues on time and understand that late or failed payments may restrict access.

6. TaazaPoint™ Rewards

Rewards are promotional in nature, non-transferable, and subject to earn and redemption rules displayed at the time of use.

7. Prohibited Use

• Attempting to disrupt platform security

8. Suspension & Termination

9. Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
